Master’s Project: Katy worked with our collaborators in Arizona and local 1st graders to understand how children engage in playful learning to ask questions and solve problems when they play with physical and digital robots.

Dissertation: Katy is investigating whether undergraduates who work with Kids in Nature, an outreach program, develop pedagogical skills, content knowledge, and science teaching self-efficacy.
